Wednesday
April 30: 4:45 pm Coaches meeting.
5:00 pm Start all field events and high hurdle prelims.
Girls first followed by boys.
boys - long jump girls - triple jump
boys - shot girls - discus
boys – pole vault girls - high jump
5:15 pm High Hurdles Trials
5:30 pm 4 x 800 Relay
5:45 pm 100 Meters Trials
*Field events will be 3 trials, then top 9 in reverse order to best performance with 3 final jumps or throws.
*In the running events, girls will run first followed by the boys. If we get ahead of schedule, we will stay ahead of schedule!
*In races with preliminaries, the winner in each heat will advance to the finals, along with the next best times from the three heats. This will change if there are less then 3 preliminary heats.
*Eight places will score, with the scoring being 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
*Scoring will be done by computer
