Note to coaches, spectators
1) Please join the ice bucket challenge. Your kids will have a blast, we will promote cross country and we will make a difference in the fight against ALS. I know it means you have to stay until the end of awards, but isn't it worth it. It will be quick and we will have a deputy on hand to get the buses out quickly. email johjones@richland2.org with numbers
2) Buses and vans will park at the end near the railroad tracks like last year.
3)Please tell parents that ALL cars will be charged $5 and we will be taking donations for ALS.
4) Drop offs for single athletes must be done at the next stoplight past the main entrance. Yes they will have to WALK almost an 800. All cars entering the main entrance will pay $5.
5)There will be 3 entrance lanes. Please ask parents to go to the shortest line. Buses must take the first entrance on the right.
6)Team camps must be set up on the grass behind and beside the brick building - NOT in the parking areas.
7) Keep athletes away from all buildings and equipment. Please talk to them about staying off gardens, out of the corn field and out of the bamboo.
8) If you come to run the course on Friday, please be off the property by dark.
This meet is huge. We can only pull it off if you as coaches communicate with your athletes and parents.
