Meet Information
Date: Saturday, March 19, 2016
Location: Hillcrest High School
Entry guidelines: 4 athletes and 2 relay teams per school per event.
All entries are to be completed through www.scrunners.com. We will not accept emailed entries nor administer on-site registration.
Entry Fee: $65.00 Boys or Girls teams/ both teams $120.00. Make checks payable to: Hillcrest High School Track and Field Booster Club. Make sure to include the name of your school on the check.
*NOTE: The fee is an entry fee not a competition fee. Fees are based on the number of entries and not on the number of athletes who compete. No shows are not entitled to a refund. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE CHANGE FOR CASH OR FOR OVERWRITTEN CHECKS. NO REFUNDS.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be completed through www.scrunners.com no later than Midnight, Thursday, March 17, 2016.
Entries Posted: Meet programs will be posted on SCRunners on Friday, March 18, 2016. All entries will be seeded according to online entries.
Volunteers: All teams are asked to provide at least 1 coach or volunteer to assist in working the meet. It is very important that each coach/volunteer is available to serve as an official, clerk, or helper where needed for the entire meet/event in order for the meet to be organized and run efficiently. All head coaches are asked to provide the name of the coach/volunteer to Coach Heyward or Coach Washington via email by Thursday, March 17th. In addition, please indicate which event each coach/volunteer is interested in working as an official/clerk/helper. Coach Adrique Heyward: aheyward@greenville.k12.sc.us

Clerk: Athletes will check-in for their events in the infield. Events will be called using a speaker system, so please be alert. Athletes competing in multiple events should check-in for all events at one time. Athletes competing in field events will check-in at their competition areas. No additions or substitutions will be allowed.
Scoring: Top 8 places will be scored.
Awards: Top 3 finishers will receive awards. Top 2 teams will receive trophies.
