Important notes
Please read the notes below and e-mail me any questions by to 11 p.m. Friday evening. If you have an issue finding the school Saturday morning, I can be reached at (864) 354-5680. We will not have pole vault. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please remember to bring the $50 entry fee per team. Make checks payable to Eastside TF Booster Club.

No warm ups will be permitted in the infield once the meet starts. Please remind athletes to enter and exit at the far end of the track near the start of the 100-meter dash (near baseball field). This is a safety issue with shot put and discus in the infield and also to help us keep an area for awards and to help keep areas clear when starting races.
Track closes at 10:45.
Scratches and adds: Please have this done by 9:30. Scratch sheets will be made available for each team. Please come to the infield to pick these up.
Concessions will be available.
Admission is $3.
Meet programs will be on sale for $2.
Park in lots to left of school (near Brushy Creek Elementary School)
- Please do not enter construction area off Kimbrell Road.
Directions will be posted on school grounds to enter John Carlisle Stadium from the parking lot.
Restrooms: behind home concessions and by softball field.
Distance events - As athletes finish please line up in lane 8 in order of the finish. Please remain in line until the time clerk has recorded name and school. For sprint events please remind athletes to remain in their lanes. Race numbers will be assigned for distance races. Please listen for the call a few events before the race.
Please do your best to have athletes wear school issued uniforms and must comply with all rules sanctioned by the SCHSL.
Due to construction recently, one jump pit will be inoperable and pole vault will not be contested.
All check ins will take place at the starting lines.
Weather: We are going to have the meet rain or shine. Please remind your athletes to dress approriately.
