Meet Information
Dear Coaches:
Thank you for entering the Region 8 AAA Qualifier. You may edit your entry at any time until the deadline. The track will open at 1:30 pm for warm-ups and we will have a coaches meeting at 2:00 pm. We will begin the track events at 2:30 pm and field events at 2:45 pm. We will only have finals for the 100/110m hurdles, nor for the 100m dash. We will have 4 attempts for the throws and jumps.
We will maintain a rolling a schedule so please make certain all of your athletes are present at the beginning of the meet and remain aware of the changing time schedule as we go through the afternoon. As this is a qualifier, we will need to have coaches helping out with exchange zones and assisting with some of the field events.
Entries will remain open until Saturday, April 20, at 12:00 pm. I will send the heat sheets Saturday night. You will have until noon on Sunday to make any changes. After that, all entries will be final. Please remember that your Region entries are forwarded on through Lower State/State and cannot be changed once they are entered into the region.
