Meet Information
In order to ensure our continued use of the facility we ask for you to treat everything kindly. Old Santee Canal Park has given us use of the property; however, we need to make sure all teams clean up after themselves. It is very important that all restroom facilities are used properly,and all trash is put in its proper place.
Please remind your runners that the play area is for young children only.
Please do not climb on any of the fencing or the trees.
At check-in, your team will be provided with a bag in which to place all your trash. You can leave your filled trash bags at the park gate when you leave.
Please set up any team tents or tarps away from the start/finish areas or by the covered pavilion near the restroom facilities (white building). The person at the check-in table can point you in the right direction.
There will be NO PARKING INSIDE the park. There is a large field to the left of the park entrance and all buses and other traffic will be directed to park in the middle of the field, staying between the light posts. Please share this information with your parents.
Boys will run first at 5:30 PM
Girls will run at 6:00 PM
$1.00 Parking Fee for all spectators
REGISTRATION Fee: $50 per gender or $100 if both teams are competing.
