Meet Information
Coaches,
per our By-Laws all runners from participating schools may participate in the Region Meet, but coaches must designate in advance which seven runners will comprise their varsity squad. Only these runners will be eligible to score in the event. If a majority of region coaches agree, the region meet can include a separate or combined race for runners outside the top seven on each team.
Depending upon the numbers of entries I suggest we consider a separate JV race if everyone is interested.
