We will throw Javelin. The event will be run by Coach McCarroll, our throws coach. We will follow the SCHSL guidelines for competition. To throw in this event ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED IN THROWING JAVELIN BEFORE COMPETITION AND THROW WITH A JAVELIN WITH A RUBBER TIP.
