County Honor Code: Please do not enter athletes in the JV County Meet who will be

participating in same events in the Varsity County Meet on April 25^th

meet is to give younger athletes who may not be continuing at the end of April

a chance to compete against similar ages for meaningful titles and to encourage

them going into the later seasons of their careers.

Coaches

Meeting: 5:00 at the start/finish line.

General Information:

      Starting blocks will be provided

      Order of events will be MS and HS girls

preceding MS and HS boys for all races

      Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 with

six relays scoring (subject to change depending upon number of teams)

      For the field events, each athlete

will receive four attempts. There will be no finals.

      Only inch spikes will be allowed

      Bus parking is located behind at

the bus loop and parking lot at the top of the school.

      Team tents must be set up around

the outside of the track or in the football stadium stands with a chaperone. Do

not place team camps in track stands.

      No warm-ups on the infield of the

track. Only athletes checking in with the clerk or participating in shot/discus

will be allowed on the infield.

      Track warm-ups will be closed at

5:15p (after coaches meeting)

      A PA system will be used for

announcing calls of track events and can be heard on both the track and warm-up

field.

      Concessions stands will be open.

      The gate price will be $6 a

person. No money will be accepted at the gate. A QR code to purchase tickets

will be shared with each head coach at the beginning of the week and posted to

this document.

      There will be two gates for public

entrance. One gate will be open at the bottom of the track/football stadium for

public entrance and another will be open at the top of the track to welcome

spectators from the parking lot outside of the gym. Spectators must park in the

football stadium lot or the lot outside of the gym.

      Time schedule subject to change

based on number of teams entering and heats.

      New and redesigned medals will be

award to the top 3 athletes in each event.

      Team winners will be announced,

but no trophies will be given.  

      Full concessions will be open

      Due to no entry limits, this meet will be on a rolling schedule.

      Opening heights for the vertical jumps

will be announced once entries have closed.

      Non-laned events(excluding relays)

will have bib numbers only

will be on a rolling schedule for the duration of the meet. All athletes need to

check in at the event.**

 

Javelin will be thrown on the upper band field on the other side of

the football stadium. Athletes may report at any time during the hour and a half time frame in order to get their four throws in.
