The course is "slow go." 2.4 of 3.1 miles is in the woods. The trail has 4 footbridges and uneven ground, and a few small hills. This is not a flat course (fast).
Also, I reminder from the South Carolina High School League. 6th graders are not allowed to participate in a varsity sport per Dr Curtrell Rhodan, (803) 798-0120
