UPDATED COUNTY INFORMATION (7/10/2023)
T-Shirt Order Form Due 9/29 by 12pm noon! York County is providing t-shirts for athletes and coaches who are participating in the county meet. Please let us know how many shirts of each size you need for those athletes that are competing at the meet and for your coaches.
Northwestern High School is once again partnering with York County to host the 2023 Bob Jenkins York County Cross Country Meet on Saturday October 21st at Catawba Bend Preserve.

The course is beautiful but just like last year parking will be limited to 280 cars. Due to that fact we are encouraging carpooling. The best way we can think of is to presale carloads. It will be $14 a car no matter how many people are in it. Once someone leaves we can sell another if we sell out. For those that need it, golf carts will be available to shuttle spectators from the lower lots. Gates will open at 7:30.
Teams must come to the meet on a bus.
Tickets will go on sale on October 14th at 9 AM. Tickets will be $14/car. Please try to push carpooling.
The following schools are invited to compete:
Northwestern HS, Catawba Ridge, Clover HS, Fort Mill HS, Nation Ford HS, Lake Pointe, Riverwalk, Rock Hill HS, South Pointe, York Comprehensive HS, York County Homeschool, York Prep, Westminster Catawba, and any other York County, SC High School.
Entries will be handled through SCRunners (sc.milesplit.com)
Registration will close at 8 p.m. on October 18th (Wednesday)
Entry Fee: $75.00 for each school.

Medals: Top 7 in both the Varsity and JV races
Team plaques: 1st place only
Trainer/Water
We will have an athletic trainer on site. However, each school will be responsible for bringing their own water to the meet. There will be a designated spot for team tents.
Food Trucks
We will have food trucks on site. once we have confirmation as to who will be there we will post them here. Please help support these local businesses!

Park Rules
Please stay out of the areas that have not been mowed! The ground is very uneven and there are lots of holes. Please do not go into the inside of the first two loops.
No swimming in any of the ponds
Do not enter any buildings or structures
Stay away from the old green houses
No destruction or vandalism of any kind
