The race is located at Lancaster High School Memorial Stadium

9:00 AM --Run With the Bruins 5k Run/Walk - Families and community members are welcome to participant. Sign up at runsignup.com
10:05 AM --Championship Boys (10 Entries)
10:30 AM --Championship Girls (10 Entries)
11:00 AM --JV Boys (Unlimited)
11:30 AM --JV Girls (Unlimited)
--Awards to follow
Championship boy runners should run the 5k in or under 25 minutes. Championship girls in or under 30 minutes. Otherwise, they should be entered into the JV races.
There will be team awards for the team champions in the championship division.
Top 7 Varsity boys and Varsity girls will be named all Region 3 AAAA and will receive medals.
Each team will contribute $120 to cover the cost for timing and awards.

Buses should park in the North Elementary School bus loop, entering from Stadium Drive and following the volunteer's instructions. Spectators must park in the Stadium Visitor lot in designated spaces (gravel lot), entering from Colonial Avenue.
See course map below. Please note that this is a two-loop course. The course will be marked well with white paint, cones, and flags. The trail section is being slightly widened for this event. All tripping hazards will be marked with orange paint.
If the course is soaked in rain and unsafe, we will run the Run With the Bruins course for the High School races. If a larger weather system looks like it is coming in the race will be moved and the coaches will be notified a week in advance.
