Region 8-A Championship 2023

REGION 8A CHAMPIONSHIP MEET

*Thursday October 19, 2023

*Palmetto Islands County Park, 444 Needlerush Parkway, Mt. Pleasant 29464 (there will be an admission charge to the park)

*Bibs will be distributed beginning at 345pm (see PSA onsite admin; it will be me or Principal Terra Poetzscher, depending on volleyball playoff schedule)

*Coaches meeting at 4pm with Coach Tom Gasser (PSA coach)

*Two categories : Boys / Girls, unlimited entries in each category

*Must have a minimum of 5 to be considered a team and score for Championship qualification

*If you do not have a team, individuals are welcome to participate for individual awards

*Top 3 in each race will be awarded a medal (1, 2, 3)

*Boys begin 430pm

*Girls begin 5pm

*Awards presented 10 minutes after girls race concludes

*Must be off park property by 620pm

*Bring trash bags to collect trash and clean your area before you leave

*Course map will be emailed to coaches/ADs prior to the meet and will be available at the coaches' meeting

*Registration open on SCRunners at 6pm Friday October 6 and closes at 11pm on Friday 13th.
