Meet Information
WEATHER UPDATE: Due to the rainstorms forecast for this Saturday, we have decided to move the day of The Trojan Relays up to Friday at 5pm. The location will be Northwestern High School. This gives us our best chance to avoid a complete rain out/cancellation. We will operate on a rolling schedule to move the meet along faster; order of events will remain the same.
UPDATE #2: Coaches, please make sure you are aware of the schedule change. We will start at 5:00pm for both field and track events. Please see the attached documents for the most up to date information.
UPDATE #1: The meet will be held at Northwestern High School. ALSO, we are doing a mixed 4x400 relay this year (2 males/2 females).

We will have concessions and t-shirts for sale. In addition, we will have the Charlotte Running Company on site again this year with gear and apparel for sale.

Deadline for entries: Wednesday, March 6th at 8:00pm.
We will be using Mitchell Timing to time the meet.
Due to the size of the event, we are allowing up to 2 relay teams per running event and up to 4 athletes in the field events.
Field Events: Field events are limited to four athletes per event (only 3 count toward the relay for field events). Shot Put, Discus, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Javelin. For horizontal jumps and throws, athletes will get 4 attempts with NO finals.
Relays: Entries are limited to two entries per relay. Only "A" relays will count towards the team score.
Relays contested: 4 x 1600, Mile Medley (200,200, 400, 800), Shuttle Hurdle Relay, 4 x 100 Relay, Distance Medley (800, 400, 1200, 1600), Sprint Medley (100,100, 200, 400), 4 x 200, 4 x 800, 4x 400, AND NEW IN 2024 a mixed (2 males/2 females) 4x400. For the mixed 4x400 relay, you can run in any order as long as you have 2 males and 2 females in the 4x4.
