Meet Information
The meet will start promptly at 4:00pm with a 3:45pm coaches meeting at the start line.
Middle School competitors will compete in most of the standard T&F events.
-There will not be any hurdle races, pole vault, triple jump, javelin or 3200.
-It will be a rolling schedule, beginning with the 4x800, 100m, 1600m, 4x100m, 400m, 800m, 200m, 4x400.
-Lower school runners will race before Middle School runners, and girls heats will go before the boy heats.
-Boys & Girls Long Jump will take place at the same time, beginning at 4:00pm.
-Boys Shot Put and Girls Discus will begin at 4:00pm, and they will switch at the completion of their competition.
-Boys High Jump will begin at 4:30 followed by Girls High Jump at the completion of the Boys' competition.
-We will need coaches to help cover field events.
Lower School will only be able to compete in track events, competing in the 100, 200, 400, 800 or 1600.
-Lower School heats will start before the middle school heats. If there are fewer than 10 1600m runners in both M and F races, we will combine the 1600m racers.
Awards will be given to places 1-3 in each race for each division and gender.
