Online Registration Instructions
Help honor the legacy of the amazing man and esteemed coach Mike Moore by running with us at Saluda Shoals Park. Mike Moore dedicated his work to helping athletes become the best they could be in all aspects of life.
We had an amazing meet last year with 17 teams and hope to grow a bit more this year. We have improved the course this year and had it USATF certified for distance as a 5K. Team registration is $120 for both boys and girls. If your school is only bringing one gender, please contact us and we can discount this price. T-shirts will be available for sale. There will be a parking fee of 5$ for cars that park at Saluda Shoals Park. The following is the course map. The red line is the start of the race heading out and the blue line is the return trail. The blue circles are mile markers one and two.
There will be an Alumni & Friends race before the student races that will cost $25 per runner and will include a free T-shirt and ribbons for top 3 finishers for Males and Females this year. To register for the alumni race, please use the following link
The proceeds from the Alumni & Friends race go towards supporting the Irmo Cross Country teams and providing a scholarship for athletes both at Irmo and who participate in the race.
