Entry Fee: $75.00 per team and $140.00 for both boys and girls teams. Individuals are allowed in the field events at a fee of $15 per athlete. Entry Fees must be submitted by 4:59AM March 10th. Any late entries after March 8th will be accessed a $15 late fee.

Our school and athletic complex are 9 years old. Our modernized Track and Field Facility contains two runways and an automatic timing system along with other unique features.
Time Schedule: Coaches breakfast 9:00am, Coaches Meeting 9:30am, and Events will start at 10:00am
Coaches: Please have a coach available to assist with Field Events and Relay Exchanges.
Awards: Team Champions and Runner-Up Trophies for Boys and Girls with Medals for 1st-3rd.
***All awards must be picked up by a member of that teams coaching staff***
Entries will be handled via SCRunners.com with the deadline being Sunday March 8th at 4:59AM. We will have a complimentary breakfast for Coaches of all teams.

Presentation of Awards
Tickets for the 2024 Redhawk Invitational can be purchased digitally at this link: https://westwoodredhawks.com/event-tickets
Tickets for this event are $7 and kids 5 and under are free. There will be NO CASH accepted at the gate for ticket sales. However, cash will be accepted at the concessions stand.
All spectators should enter the ticket gate located at the top of the bleachers beside the press box.
All buses will unload their teams at the steps located at the end of the track area that lead to the practice fields (tent area).
