HEAT SHEETS
We will have a coaches' meeting at 5:30 to pick up your packets. We will begin field events at 6:00 PM and begin checking in the first running event at 6:30 PM. Please remind all of your athletes that electronics WILL NOT be allowed inside the gates. Parents or spectators are not allowed to enter the gates and must be in designated fan locations. Both electronics and parents/spectators will be closely monitored. Disqualifications will occur if these rules are not followed.
The Order of Running Events shall be:
Girls 100 M. Hurdles
Boys 110 M. Hurdles
Girls 100 M.
Boys 100 M.
Girls 1600 M.
Boys 1600 M.
Girls 4 x 100 M. Relay
Boys 4 x 100 M. Relay
Girls 400 M.
Boys 400M.
Girls 200 M.
Boys 200 M.
Girls 800 M.
Boys 800 M.
Girls 4 x 200 M. Relay
Boys 4 x 200 M. Relay

Girls Discus followed by Boys
Boys Shot Put followed by Girls
Girls High Jump followed by Boys
