Meet Information
A Hokum Karem is a Cross Country Relay
This particular Hokum Karem will consist of teams of 2 runners each. Each team will take turns running 1 mile each until they have completed 4 miles.
Schools are allowed to enter as many two person teams as possible.
Results will show the final overall time of the relay.
Example
Jeff - 5:00
Joe- 5:30
Jeff - 5:15
Joe- 5:45
total time : 21:30
Relay exchanges will take place on the start finish field and can just be a hand slap, no baton necessary.
This can be a great opportunity to have some fun early in the season and get a nice workout with a little bit of competition.
Girls race will be at 8am
Boys at 9am
Meet will be held at Fountain Inn High
