Westwood Campus Track Event Information (Team Buses/Spectators Parking/Ticket Info) Please have bus drivers, drive around the back of the school to drop off teams (green line), and then park in the bus loop (yellow line). 

Important Reminders from the Director of Educational Services:

As we move into the qualifiers, please take a moment to review the following key reminders to ensure consistency and excellence across all meets:

  1. Please check entries to ensure that it is compliant with Rule 4 Section 2
  2. Please have your NFHS Rule Book and Case Book with you at all times. All rules must be followed and enforced consistently and fairly.
  3. Please use the  progression chart previously submitted. This ensures uniformity across all qualifying events (progressions should end in 0 or 5).
  4. Remember, this is education-based athletics. When appropriate, issue a verbal warning to student-athletes before proceeding with disqualification.
  5. Results should be submitted promptly (24hr deadline). Timely reporting helps us address any issues before the state meet. Please use the shared file: Submit Results Here
  6. We ask everyone to work together with clear communication and consistent enforcement throughout the final series of competitions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
  7. All appeals and meet-related situations should be resolved on-site using the NFHS protocol, including the Referee and Jury of Appeals.
