Welcome to the 1st Annual Gator Beach Crawl!
Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Sullivan's Island Beach for the best beach 5K in the Low Country.
Race Details:
Course: 2.4K out and 2.6K back, running adjacent to the water
Location: Sullivan's Island Beach
Timing: Provided by Strictly Running; results posted on scrunners.com
Shoes: Required on the beach (old shoes recommended due to possible tidal puddles)
Team Information:
Parking & Setup: Sullivan's Island Elementary School
Tents: Not permitted on the beach
Trash: Teams are responsible for their own cleanup (bags available at check-in)
Check-In: Goose Creek High School tent (trash bags, bibs, and pins provided)
Amenities:
Porta-potties available
Restrooms across the street
Athletic trainer on site
Water jugs available (please bring your own cups or bottles)
Spectator Information:
Parking is very limited; the closest option is near Ion Street and Station 20 Street, in front of the black firefighter training building
The firefighter center lot is closed for repairs-no parking available there
Spectators are discouraged due to parking challenges; if attending, carpooling is strongly recommended
We can't wait to see you at the start line for this exciting first-year event!
We will have 2 races.
All Races will be limited to 7 entries.
7:30 AM: Coaches Meeting
8:00 AM: Varsity and JV Boys
9:00 AM: Varsity and JV Girls
We will give out awards to the top 3 finishers of each varsity race and the top team of each varsity race.
