Race Start: Girls 4:00, Boys 4:45
This race is for athletes in grades 5th - 8th and all divisions of SCISA schools will compete in one combined race. Boys and girls will race separately. Awards will start @ 5:30 for team champions and runner ups. We will also have top finisher medals.
Arrival Time: No earlier than 2:45. Buses may drop runners and equipment off near the start and finish lines (right at the traffic circle), but they must be parked in the parking lot by the softball field (left at the traffic circle). Parking attendants will direct you to the correct spot. Fans will park by the soccer fields (right of the traffic circle). Tents may be set up on the opposite side of the finish line. Coaches Meeting / Packet Pickup: There will be a coaches meeting at 3:30 at the finish line. Packets may be picked up at the check in tent close to the finish line and will include: bibs & pins, course map, chute assignments, and a garbage bag. If coaches have questions, coaches (Coach Reid Schwartz or Coach Rob Coursey) will be available at the start/finish line or WH/TSA tent area.

There will be water at the finish line, but teams are encouraged to bring their own water/drinks to the meet as the public water source is not easily accessible.
Restrooms are located in the two pavilion areas (near soccer fields and softball fields).
Payment - The meet entry fee is $90 for both genders and $50 for one gender. Unattached runners will be $10 per runner. Please mail your registration fee to:

Conducting the Race:
a. Runners need to plan to arrive at the starting line ten minutes prior to their assigned start time.
b. Start - Each Team will have an assigned chute (randomly assigned on packet)
c. Finish Line - Please do not congregate around the finish line and please move your runners back to the team area as soon as practical.
Results & Awards: Strictly Running is timing the meet, so results will be posted at scrunners.com and on the Strictly Running website as soon as they are available. An awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the boys race at approximately 5:30 - 5:45pm.
