Meet Information
The race will be run immediately after the home football game GCS vs Whitmire. We will run boys and girls races together so we aren't out there until midnight. Boys and Girls will be scored separately.
Course Details
This is a brand new course layout specifically for this event. The route consists of a 1.5-mile loop that will take place under the lights of the Football, Baseball, and Softball Fields. Runners will complete two full loops to cover the standard 5K distance.
The course offers a tour of the Greenwood Christian campus and includes:
- Trails
- Football, baseball, and softball field perimeters
- Mixed terrain: grass, gravel, dirt (with potential for mud in wet conditions), and pavement

Timing & Scoring
This event will be manually timed:
- One volunteer will record finish times using a mobile timing app.
- A second volunteer will record bib numbers as runners cross the finish line.
- Times and bibs will be matched to finalize results.
