8:30 AM - Coaches Meeting/Breakfast 

Please make sure your school signs up to assist with an event so the meet can run smoothly. 

8:45 AM- First Call for Field Events (Girls and Boys Long Jump, Boys Discus, Boys Javelin, Girls Shot Put, Boys Javelin, Boys High Jump)

9:00 AM- Start of Field Events - Open Track 

Running Events (Girls first, boys will follow)*

*This will be a rolling schedule.  If we get ahead, we will stay ahead (no longer than 15 minutes ahead of schedule). We will be making first and second calls. Athletes/Teams should check in at clerking which is located in the visitor concession stand.

Awards will be announced and athletes can pick them up in the visitor side concession stand.  Trophies will be awarded to the champion and runner-up teams, girls and boys. 

Outstanding Distance Athlete, Outstanding Sprinter Athlete, Outstanding Throws Athlete Awards will be given to the athlete that scores the most points.
