Meet Information
Entry Limit: Each school will be allowed 4 entries per event.
Online Entry: All entries must be submitted through SC.Milesplit.com. Entries are due no later than Sunday April 26th at 11:59pm. No one for one exchanges will be permitted the day of the meet. You must enter athlete names for relay entries.
Entry Fee: An entry fee of $130 per school will be charged. Make checks payable to Lexington High School Track and Field and mail to: Lexington High School c/o Izzy Wise, 2465 Augusta Hwy, Lexington SC 29072. Please make subject/memo: Lexington TF Region 2026
Field Event: Field events athletes should report to their event area at the first call to check-in. If a field event athlete is participating in a running event, they must check out with the event judge and be released before leaving for their running event. The athlete must then report back to the field event. Immediately after their running event and check back in with the judge. Athletes will have no more than 10 minutes to report back to their field event after the conclusion of their running event.
Running Events:All athletes must check-in prior to their running event. Athletes will receive their heat, lane assignments, and hip numbers at check-in
800m/1600m
16 or fewer athletes, 8 alley start with athletes doubled up in lanes
17-24 athletes - Double Waterfall, 2 alley start.
3200m Run - Double Waterfall, 2 alley start
Clerking: Hip Numbers: Athletes in Distance Events and the 4x400m and 4x800m are required to wear a hip number on their left hip and one for their upper left shoulder.

Warm-Ups: The track will open for warm-ups at 3:40pm and close at 4:40pm. If hurdles are moved, please place them back to where they were found. Only athletes who have been released onto the infield are allowed to be there.
Tent City: Team sites will be located on the lower field by the clerking.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd place finishers and will be recognized directly after their event finishes. Region Championship plaques will be awarded to the winning teams.4:30
