Maximum Entries: You may register up to 10 boys and 10 girls for the race.

Arrival Time: No earlier than 2:45. Please park buses along the tree line in the main parking lot by the soccer fields and to the right of when you enter the park. A parking attendant will direct you to the correct area to park a bus.
Coaches Meeting / Packet Pickup: There will be a coaches meeting at 3:30 at the finish line. Packet pickup will be at the tent close to the finish line and will include: bibs & pins, course map, chute assignments, and a garbage bag. If coaches have questions, coaches (Coach Reid Schwartz or Coach Rob Coursey) will be available at the start/finish line or WH/TSA tent area.
Conducting the Race:
a. Runners need to plan to arrive at the starting line ten minutes prior to the race's commencement.
b. Start - Each Team will have an assigned chute (randomly assigned)
c. Finish Line - Please do not congregate around the finish line, please move your runners back to the team area as soon as practical.
Results & Awards: Strictly Running is timing the meet, so results will be posted at scrunners.com and on the Strictly Running website as soon as they are available. We will recognize the All-region finishers following the girls race in a brief ceremony.
