3200M Relay and 800M Run | Proposed changing the 3A Qualifier 3200M Relay and 800M Run events to a stagger start rather than a waterfall start. Athletes will run in lanes and break at the break-line. | Proposal was approved (22-0)

After much discussion coaches voted on their preference for the state meet series. | 30 voted for cones on the inside edge, and 13 voted for cones to be placed on top
