Meet Information:
Team Check In will be at the timing table/finish line. You will receive your bibs and a trash bag in which to place all your trash during the meet. You can leave your trash bags on the field and we will take care of those for you.
Team Tents- Please set up any team tents on the practice field. Access to that field for coaches only will be open on the gravel road behind the baseball and softball fields that you can get to by entering through the upper school parking lot. Restrooms are located in the concessions area at the football field.
There is limited asphalt and concrete areas of the course but enough that I would recommend this be a no spikes race.
PARKING-
Spectator Parking- Spectators will be parking in the school parking lot on the upper school side or the church side of the building. Both are a short walk to the course.
Bus Parkingwill be in the parking lot that is inside the course and can be entered on the Second Ave. Side entrance (near the football field). Please note that this parking will be closed off before the race starts and busses will not be able to exit until all races are complete.
Parking Fee- $10.00 (Digital only and a QR code will be sent out before race)
RACE Times:
8:00am -Varsity Girls
8:45 am - Varsity Boys
9:15 am -JV Boys
10:00 am - JV Girls
Awards - Will take place at the timing tent/finish line area.
AWARDS:
Medals will be given to:
Top 20 Varsity Boys & Top 20 Varsity Girls
Top 5 JV Boys & Top 5 JV Girls
Team Trophies will be given to the Top 3 Varsity Teams (Boys & Girls)
REGISTRATION FEE:
$120 per team or $75 if only one gender team is competing. $10.00 per athlete if not fielding a full team.
Make checks payable to:Northwood Academy (Place your school's name and XC Meet).
Mail Checks To: Northwood Academy, 104 Charger Drive, Summerville, SC 29486.
Please begin the check processing at your school ASAP and have it arrive at school before October 5th.
If I don't have your payment by race day your team will NOT be able to compete.
