   Electric City Invitational

  Anderson YMCA Sports Park/ Anderson District 5 Cross Country Course

   1939 Evergreen Road, Anderson SC 29621

     8:00 am- Varsity Girls 8:30 am- Varsity Boys

    (Varsity races will be limited to no more than 12 athletes per team)

                                                           9:00 am JV Girls 9:30 am JV Boys 

                                                                      ( Entries are unlimited)

The top 2 teams will receive awards. The top 10 individuals will receive awards.

* Course Information- The Anderson YMCA Sports Park Complex ( Anderson District 5 Cross Country Course) is a complete 2 loop course. It consists of at least 2000m of grass, a 10m gravel crossing and 270m of wood chips on the new loop into the new wooded area. This course is also 10 m wide over the perimeter loop. The wooded loop is 6m wide.
*The team area is located between the start area and the finish area.
*All Spectators- should remain behind the flags, the barriers and outside of the course lines. If by chance you have to cross over any part of the course. Please use caution.

This race is a 5K on our new facility. We will have a Varsity Boy & Girls race followed by JV Boys And Girls!

There will be a $7 entry fee per person at the gate of the course.

We will have golfcarts available to transport those who need it as well.

Entries are $75 per individual team (boys or girls). If registering both a boys and girls teams, schools will get a discount and will only pay $100. Individual athletes can be entered up to 6 athletes, at $10 an athlete (7 or more will count as a full team).
