Vendors in attendance:
Fleet Feet. They will be setup at the top of the stadium with trainers, spikes, nutrition, hydration, and socks for purchase
Kona Ice. They will be setup at the top of the stadium
Coastal Cafe Food Truck. They will be setup at the top of the stadium (ice cream, boiled peanuts, hotdogs/burgers)

Course Video:
Our course is mainly all grass. Very flat and fast with a few road crossings. There is .4 in the woods that are completely clear and 6 feet wide. The finish is 300 meters on the Track
$75 total Girls/Boys team or $10 per runner up to 7
Entry Deadline: All Meet entries will be due by 10:00 PM Monday October 12th, 2026
***Coaches you DO NOT need to declare which athletes are in the varsity race, just no more than 12 athletes***
T-Shirts: T-Shirts will be for sale. We will have Regular shirts and Dri Fit options. You can pre-order now
Spectators: $5/car
Please note there may be schools participating that are not members of the South Carolina High School League. These schools may be members of SCISA, homeschool associations or other organizations

Girls JV 5:00 PM
Boys JV 5:25 PM
Girls Varsity 5:50 PM (No more than 12)
Boys Varsity 6:20 PM (No more than 12)
Awards: Awards will start 10 minutes after the last race is over
Varsity girls and boys team winners will receive a trophy
JV girls and boys team winners will receive a trophy
Top 10 girls and boys will receive a medal in the Varsity races
Top 10 girls and boys will receive a medal in the JV Races
Plaques: Girls Varsity Team Winner and Runner-up
Plaques: Boys Varsity Team Winner and Runner-up
Plaques: JV Girls/Boys Team Winner
