What made you decide to commit to N.C. State?
I chose N.C. State because I really coudn't see myself anywhere else. I wanted a close knit team, and the coaching situation is exactly what I wanted. Plus, it has the perfect blend of academics and athletics.
What was the reaction of the coaching staff?
They were very excited that I joined the team, and they are pumped for the future.

It came down to where I would be the happiest and where I could become the best runner possible.
