How and when did you get involved in track and field?
I started my sophomore year and I was interested because my sister ran track when she was in high school.
What have you learned from the sport?
I've learned that you have to be mentally and physically tough to be the best.
How have you seen yourself progress in the sport?
I have seen myself become stronger and more trainable.
Do you have any family members involved in the sport?
Not presently, however my mother and sister used to run track.
What is your favorite workout and why?
My favorite workout would include activities that would strengthen my thigh and leg muscles.
