What was your most memorable race/competition?
Even though state wasn't how I wanted it (I wanted to clear 13-feet), it was the most memorable because I got to say goodbye to the coaches that have helped me...and when you (John) and I were talking after my last vault.
Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
When I finally got back in the 15's in the 100m hurdles
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would want to go back and put more work in, in every possible way I could.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
Definitely the mental days I had during practice.
What will you miss the most?
I will miss the coaches and the team as a whole. We are a huge family.
Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
You may die in workouts and practice but stick with it, it'll pay off and before you know it, it'll be over.
How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
By pushing me to keep going and keeping me positive when I would have bad days ...and being there for me at meets to calm me down.
What kind of impact did you family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?
They were there at every single meet and they would support me on my good and bad days
What are your college or post high school plans?
Attend USC and hopefully do big things.
What do you hope to achieve after high school?
To have a great four years in college and do the best I can do as an athlete.
Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?
I can see myself helping on the side and I would do high school level.
