What was your most memorable race/competition? 
The Coaches Classic meet because I broke the 55 second barrier in the 400mh.



Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most? 
My improvement in every event.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school? 
I wouldn't change a thing.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome? 
Myself.

What advice do you have for younger athletes? 
Relax and trust your training, and outwork yourself from the last rep.

Pushing me everyday and believing in my process.

What kind of impact did your family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?
A positive impact, and they were supportive.


What are your college or post-high school plans? 
Im going to Western Carolina to play football and study Finance.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?
I wanna make it to the NFL.
