Saturday's Coaches Classic meet at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill has been postponed, according to meet management.
South Carolina Track and Cross Country Coaches Association President Danny Brooks told scrunners.com the association is looking into possible makeup dates and will release the date as soon as possible.
South Pointe coach Bob Jenkins told scrunners safety is factor when holding the meet. "It's about kids safety," he said.
Brooks also asked for those that may not have access to the Internet at this time to please pass this message on to parents, coaches, officials and fans.
