Wade Hampton coach Rick Zeller was selected as South Carolina Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Hall of Fame inductee today during the SCTCCCA meeting in Charleston.
Zeller will be inducted Sept. 12 at the Coaches Classic meet at Sandhills Research Center in Columbia, a fundraiser for the association.

- Dual state track and field meet (turned down)
- The dual state track and field meet would include a team qualifying system and use classifications.
- Also discussed, was a separate meet for individuals with standards, that would include all classifications as one meet.
