The 2021 Raising Canes Invitational at Summerville has been canceled, meet management announced Tuesday.
Meet management mentioned the cancellation reasons for this season include venue size along with the amount of teams that normally attend.
The meet normally hosts 30-plus teams.

According to the host school, the venue is not of size to accommodate proper spacing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The meet is normally scheduled for early March.
Earlier this year Bojangles Track Classic organizers announced the 2021 meet was canceled. The Trojan Relays at Northwestern in Rock Hill is currently on hold until further notice, meet management told scrunners recently.
