Brett Jones of Porter Gaud won the Pepsi Florida Relays pole vault Friday, her school told scrunners.com Friday afternoon.
Jones, finishing with a best throw of 149 feet, 2 inches, would rank her mark the second best this track and field season for South Carolina. Jones has a season best of 153 feet, 10 inches, set at the SCTCCCA Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic Region 6.
