scrunners: How did your race unfold at Coaches Classic? 
williams: I was in second place up until the hill preceding the two mile point. At about the middle of the hill, is when I caught Daniel's first runner (Sinead Haughey).

scrunners: What did it feel like to win the individual title? 
williams: It is a wonderful feeling to have my own title that I have won and earned.
