scrunners: As a sophomore, what kind of goals are you setting for the future in running and cross-country and track?
browning: I really just want to keep training hard and set PRs each season in cross-country and track, I want to continue to have fun, and possibly run in college, although I want to keep running as a hobbie forever.
scrunners: What kind of goals have you set for this season and how would you say your season is going?
browning: Well, I would like to make it to state in the 3200, which will be tough, but I would like to try, and I want to PR.

browning: Well my Dad helps alot honestly, but also just telling myself that it is the only way to get better.
\"I just try to run smart, not go out too fast,in big races where there is good competition I would rather run in the pack and then kick in the end, but when
the scenario changes I just try to stay running smart and my own race.\" --Browning |
