Schedule of Events
8:30 – Coaches Meeting – This is not a scratch meeting, teams will be scratched if they don’t check in by the third call.
9:00 – Field Events
 All field events will be the combined score of 3 participants – You may enter 4 in each field event
 Opposite gender will begin warm ups and competition upon conclusion of previous competition.
1. Boys Shot Put (3 Throws per athlete)
2. Girls Disc (3 Throws per athlete)
3. Boys Pole Vault (Starting Height – Girls 6’/Boys 7’)
4. Girls High Jump
5. Boys Long Jump (3 Jumps per athlete)
6. Girls Triple Jump (3 Jumps per athlete)
9:30 – Running Events (Rolling Schedule) Girls followed by Boys
1. 4x100M
2. 4x1600M
3. Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)
4. Mixed Medley (800-400-400-800)
5. 4 x 100M Shuttle Hurdles
6. 4 x 110M Shuttle Hurdles
7. 4x800M Relay
8. 4x200M Relay
9. Big Man 4x100M Dash (Throwers Only)
10. Distance Medley (800-400-1200-1600)
11. 4x400M Relay
Trophies will be awarded to the top boys and girls teams. Ribbons will awarded to the top three teams in each race.
Entry Fee – $50 (this is for boys and girls combined)
 Athletes may be entered in no more than four (4) events
 We will not be seeding the races. Lane assignments will be assigned on a rotation.
