Directions from I-77 North
1. Take Exit 73 the Rock Hill/York (Hwy. 901 exit)
2. Turn left on 901
3. Follow 901 around Rock Hill.
4. Turn left on Hwy 5 (continue approx. 13 miles)
5. Follow Hwy. 5/161 (do not turn left at stop light onto Hwy. 5 business, stay straight)
6. York High School is about 2 miles away on left. Go past the school and turn left at stop light onto Lincoln Rd.
7. Take second entrance on left where bus parking is available.
Directions from I-85 North
1. Take exit 102 (Blacksburg-Earl exit)
2. Turn right onto Hwy. 5
3. Follow Hwy. 5 to York (roughly 20 miles)
4. Turn Left onto Hwy. 5 at first stop light. (Do not go straight on Hwy. 5 business)
5. Turn Rt. at second stop light onto Lincoln Rd. (you will see school from this light)
6. Take second entrance on left where bus parking is available.
General Information
PRINT YOUR HEAT SHEETS AND BRING THEM WITH YOU. THE HEAT SHEETS AT THE MEET WILL BE FOR SALE.
ADMISSION FOR THE AAA QUALIFIER IS $5.00. IF YOU LEAVE THE STADIUM YOU MUST BE STAMPED OR YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TICKET.
1. Warm-ups will take place on the field outside the stadium near the discus area.
2. Infield warm-up will be limited to the present and next heat on the track.
3. Clerk-in and hip number pickup will be under the tent next to the home field house.
4. All results will be posted on the field house wall next to the Clerk-in tent.
5. All athletes should enter and exit the track at the designated area near the clerk-in tent.
6. Batons will be provided at the start line.
7. Shot Puts and Discus will be provided. Each competitor will throw one of the designated implements.
8. All uniforms must be school issued track uniforms.
9. The jewelry rule will be enforced.
