Dear Coaches,
We would like to invite you to the 11TH Annual Father Kelly Classic sponsored by Bishop England High School. Last year’s meet was a great success, with 15 teams from around the state competing. This meet is open to all classification.
Meet Info:
The meet will start at 9:00 and we will have a coaches meeting at 8:45. We will be using fully automatic timing (FAT). A hospitality tent will be set up to serve lunch for all coaches. Concessions will be set up for everyone else.
Entries:
Each school is allowed to enter 3 athletes per event. Each athlete may enter no
more than 4 events. You may also enter two relay teams. All entries must be received by April 1, 2014. Please register online at scrunners.com.
Entry Fees:
An entry fee of $100.00 per team ($150.00 for boys and girls teams) or $10.00 per athlete will be charged. Make all checks payable to BEHS TRACK FUND. please send entry form with your check. You may also send a hard copy of your entries if you wish.

Results:
Meet results will be sent to SCRUNNERS.COM to be posted online.
Trophies will be awarded to the top two teams and medals will be awarded to the
top three individuals in each event.
Parking:
The entrance to the parking areas is in between the track and the football stadium. All buses should park in the parking lot near the baseball field. An admission fee of $5.00 per carload will be charged for all spectators.
Directions:
From Columbia/North Charleston:
Take I-26W to Exit 212C (Mt Pleastant) onto I526 E. Take I526 E to the Daniel
Island Exit (24). Go to first stoplight and turn right. The track will be less than 1
mile ahead, just past Bishop England High School. Parking is on the far side of
the track.
From West Ashley:
Take I526 E to the Daniel Island Exit (24). Go to first stoplight and turn right.
The track will be less than 1mile ahead, just past Bishop England High School.
Parking is on the far side of the track.
From Charleston:
Take 17N through Mt. Pleasant. Take I526 W to the Daniel Island exit. Exit
ramp will become Seven Farms Drive. Follow Seven Farms Drive for 1 mile to
Bishop England High School. The track will be on the far side of the school and
parking is just past the track.

Dear Coaches,
1. Remind your athletes that we will follow all high school league rules and guidelines.
2. Please advice your team that RESTROOMS may be found at the football stadium. No athletes are permitted inside the school.
3. CONCESSIONS are located at the football stadium.
4. All clerking will be down at the clerking tent near the 100m start line. Please make sure that your athletes clerk-in when their event is first called. If an athlete misses clerking in, they will be scratched from the event. All field events will clerk-in at their locations.
5. Only athletes that are participating in events at the time will be allowed on the infield. All other athletes and fans must remain outside of the fence.
6. All warmup must be done outside of the track. Hurdles have been set up in the field next to the school for warm-ups.
