Gilbert High School Cross Country Booster Club is proud to announce the 1st Annual Hilltop Invitational!
The 1st Annual Hilltop Invitational will showcase Gilbert High School's new and more challenging 5K course. The question is: "Who will tame the hilltop?".
Attending Coaches: We will have a Coaches Check-In Tent at the Gilbert Stadium, right as you enter into the field through the fence, starting at 8:45 am. We need you to verify rosters and Varsity vs JV races at the tent early, as we will be assigning bib numbers before the meet day. If changes are needed then we will make them before the races begin. Please send your rosters, separated by Varsity and JV, into Coach McLeod by Thursday lunch, right before the race, at the latest! We will announce results after the races! Also, In the packets you will pick up there will be Coaching Staff Name tags, please give those to the Coaching Staff members that will be on the field. ALL other attendees need to be in the Gilbert Stands on the Home side!
There will be a mandatory Coaches Meeting 20 minutes before the first race!!!

8:45 - 9:08 am: Coaches Check-in and Packet Pickup
9:10 - 9:15 am: Coaches Meeting
9:30 am: Varsity Boys
10:05 am: Varsity Girls
10:40 am: JV Mixed
11:30 am: Results Announced
Coaches and Runners: Coach McLeod will be sending the coaches a copy of our course and Meet day layout of the Stadium. We have about 16 Course Officials placed around the 3.1 mile course. All of whom will also have Gilbert Course Official Name tags, please listen to them as they will assist in making sure all runners stay on course and know where to go.
