All entries are due by Feb. 23. 2015 no later than 6:00 PM

2 entries per event; (Note 1600 & 3200 may enter 3)
10-12 schools will be the maximum to enter
2 relay teams are allowed per school but only one will score

1st,& 2nd place trophies in each division
T shirts will be awarded to the Most Outstanding Performer Boys & Girls
***SAFETY REMINDER***
Safety is everyone’s concern; please remember it is the HEAD coach’s responsibility to ensure their athletes can run an entire race without stopping. There will be an athletic trainer at the meet for any unforeseen circumstances. PLEASE BRING ENOUGH LIQUIDS TO KEEP YOUR ATHLETES PROPERLY HYDRATED
Facility: 8 lane track. Timing will be FAT. Concessions and t-shirts will be sold. Admission will be free. Parking is free. Tent set up will be allowed outside the gate in the grass.
Equipment: Starting blocks will be provided. Teams need to provide their own field event implements and relay batons. Entries: This is a varsity meet for boys and girls allowing 2 entries per individual events and 2 entry per relay events. (1600 & 3200 races will be allowed to have 3 entries). Entries need to be completed by February 23, 2014. Once number of teams is met, registration will be closed. Entry Fee: $150 per entire team (boys and girls combined) to help with awards and timing. Entry fee due date is February 21st, 2015, needs to be sent before meet day. Scoring Individual and relay: 10-8-6-4-2-1 Field Events: Each individual will have 4 attempts. Best of the 4 attempts will be final result, except for high jump and pole vault which will be 5-alive. Rules: We will use the National Federation rulebook for any rule dispute. We will enforce uniform rules. Officials: We will ask coaches to help run field events. Meet will be FAT timed by The Big Kahuna Timing and clerked and by Coker College coaches and athletes. We are looking for a starter.
