Meet director update Friday night: We are moving our event to the following time schedule. I know this takes away from the night portion of the event, but we would still like to get this race in. Teams traveling in that were in the Checker or Warrior, I can move you to the Elite races. Let me know ASAP

9:30 a.m. Girls Checker & Warrior Varsity
10:00 a.m. Boys Checker & Warrior Varsity
10:30 a.m. Girls Elite Varsity
11:00 a.m. Boys Elite Varsity
TEAMS HAVE UNTIL WE REACH 40 SCHOOLS TO SECURE THEIR 2019 SLOTS. ATHLETE REGISTRATION WILL BEGININ SEPTEMBER. COACHES NEED TO ENTER THE MEET AND ENTER AT LEAST 1 ATHLETE PER GENDER THAT WILL BE RETURNING FOR THE 2019 SEASON. TEAMS WILL BE ISSUED A PASSWORD IN OCTOBER TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE REGISTRATION.

Race Times: 13 TEAMS PER VARSITY RACE (based on rankings Oct 14th). Email will be sent to all schools setting their race times by 3pm Monday the 14th. Top 14 schools will race Elite, next 13 schools will race Chcker, and final 13 schools will race Warrior. Each race has the same awards/medals. Some schools will have their boys/girls split. If you dont want your teams split, email Coach Cummings by Friday the 11th (school will run in the lower of the two divisions they qualify for)!
Course:
The course will be run on theRiverside High School's campus. It will be a 3 loop course that is fully litand able to be seen from either set of bleachers. Music will be playedthroughout the races. Mixed surface
Bus Parking:
Buses will park in the parkinglot of Riverside Baptist Church off Suber Road, across from the High School
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is in theparking lots off of Suber Road. Please inform all parents, spectators, etc., toenter through the baseball gate. $5spectator admission fee.
Restrooms:
Restroom facilities areavailable at the visitor side restroom.
Participation:
Open to any 7th -12th grade runners.
Sanctioned for SC & NC
We will limit the field to 45schools. Rankings on Oct 14 will determine the race teams will be entered in.
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in HOMEand VISITOR stands. Tents and teams cannot setup on any of the fields. Trashbags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team areabefore you leave.
Awards:
The top 2 varsity teams willreceive a plaque and the top JV team will receive a plaque.
Varsity races- Top 10 individualswill receive medals in the chute
JV races- Top 10 individualswill receive medals in the chute.
Open Race will receive medalstop male/female (15 & up), top male/female (13 & under),Top M&FCoach,

OPEN Race will signup onsite by 4:30pm($5 cash per runner), Running Clock no official results
T-Shirts:
Greenville Running Company will havet-shirts on sale at the meet. Also will have shoes
Concessions:
We will have concessions and food trucks onsite, along with Pelican Snoballs
Entry Fee:
$75 per team, $130 for bothboys' and girls' teams.
