This meet is open to any schools wishing to participate.
13th Annual Cane Bay
Track and Field Invitational
Date:April 3, 2021
Start Time:9:00am
Entry Fee:$85 per team or $150 per school if you are
bring both boys and girls.$20 per
athlete will be charged for individual entry.
Entries:All entries must be input through SCRunners.com.Please understand that coaches must become
team admin for your school on SC Runners to enter your team.I know a lot of teams and meets have started
using it so this shouldn't be a problem.Each school is allowed to enter 3
athletes per event and 2 relays per school.Each athlete may enter no more than 4 events,
including relays.ALL ENTRIES MUST BE
RECEIVED BY 10:00am April 1st.No
entries will be accepted after this date.
Check In:Team packets will be available
starting at 8:00am the day of the meet.There will be no additions made to the meet.There will be a coaches meeting for All
Coaches at 8:30am
Coaches Hopitality/Concessions:There will be a coach's hospitality tent
for coaches and meet officials only.Lunch will be provided Cane Bay High School Track Team. Concessions will be available for all athletes
and spectators at the Viper Grill Concession Stand located at the High Jump end
of the stadium.
Warm ups:The track will be open for warm up
starting at 8:00am and close at 8:45am.Throwing areas will not be open until a coach is present to monitor the
athlete's warm-ups.
Awards:Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3
teams in both boys and girls divisions.Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event. Plaques will be awarded to the Outstanding
Track Athlete and Outstanding Field Athlete in both boys and girls
divisions.
Directions: From Charleston Go I-26 to exit 197 to Nexton
Parkway.Take a right on Nexton
Parkway.7 miles down the road you will
turn right at North Creek Drive.Once on
North Creek you will come to the stoplight at 176 and Cane Bay Blvd.Cross over 176 and the school is on the
right.

entrance will be spectator parking and the second entrance behind the stadium
will be for team buses.
