Race Times: 13-14 TEAMS PER VARSITY RACE (based on 10/11 rankings). Email will be sent to all schools setting their race times by 3pm Monday the 11th. Top 14 schools will race Elite, next 13 schools will race Checker, and final 13 schools will race Warrior. Each race has the same awards/medals. Some schools will have their boys/girls split. If you do not want your teams split, email Coach Long by Friday 10/8!
Course:
The course will be run on theRiverside High School's campus. It will be a 3 loop course that is fully litand able to be seen from either set of bleachers. Music will be playedthroughout the races. Mixed surface.

Spectator Parking:
Parking is in theparking lots off of Suber Road - additional overflow parking is across the street at Riverside Baptist Church. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. The Spectator Entrance is our "Home" entrance to the stadium on the side closest to the school (the entrance on the right if looking at the stadium from the parking lot).$2 spectator admission fee instead of parking fee to combat the large traffic back-up and parking issues - can pay at the gate (cash) or onlinehttps://gofan.co/app/events/719093?schoolId=SC2002
Participation:
Open to any 7th-12thgrade runners. (6th for SCISA and Home School Teams)
To be sanctioned for SC & GA -Please note there may be schools participating that are not members of the South Carolina High School League.
We will limit the field to 40schools. SCRunners Database Rankings will determine the race teams will be entered in. We will try to honor coach requests to the best of our ability.
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in HOMEand VISITOR stands as well as the inside of the practice field. Tents and teams cannot setup on any of the game fields. Trashbags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team areabefore you leave. BASEBALL & SOFTBALL fields are off limits at all times (except for racers on course)
Awards:
The top 2 varsity teams willreceive a plaque and the top JV team will receive a plaque.
Varsity races- Top 10 individualswill receive medals in the chute
JV races- Top 10 individualswill receive medals in the chute.
Open Race will receive medalstop male/female (15 & up), top male/female (14 & under), and Top M&FCoach.
