Varsity Boys run at 4:30pm
Varsity Girls will run after boys race
All varsity runners should run the 5k in or under 30 minuties. Otherwise they should be entered into the JV races.
Co-ed JV boys and girls will run together after the Varsity Girls
Awards ceremony will take place immediately on the football field after the all events have been ran.
Team plaques will be awarded to the 1st place varsity boys and varsity girls.
Top 7 Varsity boys and Varsity girls will be named all Region 3 AAAA and will receive medals.
Each team will contribute $120 to cover the cost for Mitchell timing and awards hardware.
