Important Details:
The campus will REMAIN CLOSED until 6:30 a.m. at which time it will open for coaches, runners, and spectators.

6:30 a.m. - Campus OPEN
8:15 course preview and coaches meeting
9:00 a.m. - Girls Varsity
9:30 a.m. - Boys Varsity
10:00 a.m. - Girls and Boys JV
10:30 a.m. - Awards Ceremony
Registration:
Registration can be completed on SC Milesplit.
There is a $100.00 per school registration fee ($50.00 for a boys or girls team). Checks should be made out to Calhoun Academy and mailed to:

Packet pick-up:
The race packet will be located at the tent adjacent to the finish chute.
The location of each teams starting box will be identified in your packet.
Awards Ceremony:
The awards ceremony will begin on the football field as soon as the results are completed.
T-shirts will be awarded to the top 7 varsity runners and top 3 JV runners
Results:
The results will be submitted to SCRunners.com and posted on strictlyrunning.com

Course:
The cross country trail is flat except for a short, steep downhill and a single gentle uphill on each loop. The surface is a mix of grass with some packed dirt and asphalt. The start is on the Concession stand area adjacent to the football stadium and the finish chute is on the football field. See below for a map. The course will be clearly marked with flags, cones and painted arrows. Course maps will be available at the registration table.

Team Tent Locations:
Scroll down and see below. Note that team tents should only be set-up in designated areas.
There should be no tents anywhere near the starting boxes

The concession stand will be open 8am with breakfast goods and T-shirts- cash only .
